We offer a service for buying second-hand, unwanted, broken, or damaged gold and diamond jewellery. By submitting items for sale, you agree that you are the legal owner of the items and have the right to sell them and all items sold are unencumbered.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the items you wish to sell. Misrepresentation of any item may result in termination of services or refusal to purchase.
4. Pricing and Offers
Our offers are based on the weight, purity, and condition of the gold or the 4C’s of the diamonds. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions. Once a price is offered and accepted, the transaction is final subject to the gold caratage being verified by a gold analyser.
5. Payment
Payments are made via immediate bank transfer or another mutually agreed-upon method. We reserve the right to withhold payment if there is a question regarding the caratage of the gold or the legality or ownership of the items sold.
6. Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your details with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of buybyegold.co.za and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
